FAQ

Appointment Questions

What do I need for a telehealth visit?
You need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. No special software is required — the visit link is sent directly to you. Find a private, quiet space so you can speak openly about your health concerns.
How long is a first appointment?
New patient visits are typically 45–60 minutes. Our care team reviews your health history intake before the visit so the appointment time is focused on your goals and concerns rather than paperwork. Follow-up appointments are generally 20–30 minutes.
Can your providers prescribe medications via telehealth?
Yes. As board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners in California, our providers have full prescriptive authority. We can order labs, referrals, and prescriptions electronically during your telehealth visit — sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
What insurance does Connect2-wellness accept?
Please contact the practice through the patient portal for current insurance and payment information. Connect2-wellness is committed to making care accessible. Payment and coverage details are confirmed during the intake process before your visit.
